RECRUITING OPTIONS

HR Referral Program

By far the most innovative and cost-effective option. Under the HR Referral Program, we get paid based on our performance. Once an upfront commitment retainer is paid, LAAHR will refer (submit) pre-screened, interviewed, and pre-qualified candidates who meet the required “must-haves” (Bilingual in Spanish is a given) as outlined in the Job Order Form. You pay a low fee per candidate interviewed and a low hire fee when you hire one of the submitted candidates.
