Retained search is particularly appropriate when the need is urgent, the hire will have a significant impact on company performance, or new opportunities emerge that must be quickly addressed. Retained executive search represents a commitment from both sides and sends a strong message to candidates that the company highly values this opportunity.

With retained search, you enter an exclusive arrangement with LAAHR. At the beginning of our search, you pay a deposit and make a commitment to pay the full fee.
The best option for quick results with no risk. Contingency recruiting is often used for filling middle- to upper-management positions. In most cases, search agreements will be on a contingency basis placing the responsibility on LAAHR to perform. If you already have an internal recruiting team or a third-party search partner established, LAAHR can be an additional, value-add resource.
Becoming a valued partner, LAAHR will relieve the burden of time-intensive search and qualification efforts. The client pays a minimal (commitment) fixed retainer up-front in exchange for the search firm’s commitment to work diligently on the assignment and a Hiring Fee when a candidate submitted is hired.
By far the most innovative and cost-effective option. Under the HR Referral Program, we get paid based on our performance. Once an upfront commitment retainer is paid, LAAHR will refer (submit) pre-screened, interviewed, and pre-qualified candidates who meet the required “must-haves” (Bilingual in Spanish is a given) as outlined in the Job Order Form. You pay a low fee per candidate interviewed and a low hire fee when you hire one of the submitted candidates.
